West Hartford, CT — July 1, 2025 – ACCEL Law Group, a national insurance transactional and regulatory law firm based in West Hartford, Connecticut, today announced it has elevated Yulia Chillington to the position of Counsel. She also serves as Chair of the firm’s Regulatory Practice.

Yulia joined ACCEL Law Group as an Associate Attorney in 2022 and was promoted to Senior Associate in 2024. She quickly established herself as a leader within the ACCEL team with management responsibility for a number of the firm’s clients. Yulia regularly leads large agency and brokerage purchase and sale transactions and acts as a strategic advisor on high profile regulatory and contractual matters, with a particular emphasis on health insurance and marketing issues.
