West Hartford, CT — January 5, 2023 – ACCEL Law Group, a national insurance transactional and regulatory law firm based in West Hartford, Connecticut, today announced it has elevated MJ DiVito to the position of Senior Associate Attorney.

DiVito joined ACCEL Law Group as an Associate Attorney in 2019. He has since worked on more than 40 client transactions while also playing an important role in the firm’s regulatory advisory practice. Recently, he has led the firm’s efforts in advising clients on surplus lines compliance requirements, including unique issues related to diligent searches, policy filings, stamping processes, and tax filings.
