West Hartford, CT — September 17, 2024 – ACCEL Law Group, a West Hartford, Connecticut based law firm with a national insurance transactional and regulatory practice, today announced that Daniel Kalosieh has been named Chair of the firm’s M&A Practice.
Mr. Kalosieh joined ACCEL Law Group in 2020 and was named as its first non-founder Partner in 2022. He has been instrumental in building the firm’s M&A and Transactional practice, which closed more than 150 transactions worth over $3.5 Billion since 2020. ACCEL has participated in transactions involving more than half of the 2023 Top 25 Brokers of US Business (according to Business Insurance® magazine), including representing several leading private-equity backed buyers.
